Independence Day Celebration

Sorry it's been awhile since I posted last. It has been a busy summer and then an unexpected surgery for me added to the craziness! We had our annual 4th of July party at our house and it was great fun! We really enjoy hosting and it works out great that we live within walking distance to Delco Park for the fireworks display!!

As usual... the weather was not-so-wonderful for our 4th party, but we improvised and sat in the garage. Thankfully, it wasn't a down pour, but just a fine mist!

King's Island/Lauren's Birthday

On July 2nd the girls and I went to King's Island to celebrate my niece, Lauren's, 11th birthday with my parents and Connor & Jillian. Lauren has truly come a long way from a 2 pound 11 ounce preemie, born 3 months early. We prayed so hard for her, that God would spare her life. We know that she is a fighter and I have no doubt that God has amazing plans for her life! We are so thankful that she is apart of our family!

I had the fun privilege to ride with Lauren on her first BIG roller coaster on her 11th birthday! She loved it!!!

Summer Fun

Deanna & I took the kids to Orchardly Park for some summer fun! It was a very warm day so the sprayground was a nice relief from the heat!

Fountain Fun!

My Mom & I took the girls to the Greene the other day where we shopped, ate a delicious lunch and of course, we had to let the girls play in the fountains! It was a FUN day!!
