First time in church and more friends!

Today, young Claire made her first trip to church, she was a perfect angel and slept the entire time.

Note Grandma was more interested in Claire than in getting the top of Daddy's head!

Claire got introduced to Ms. Avery today and her parents were kind enough to bring gifts.

Big day out on the town

Today we went with Aunt Heather to her 4D ultrasound. It was a lot of fun and we all can't wait to meet the baby. I know we will be good friends.

I would also like to give a shout out to my Aunt Kristen who lent a helping hand when I experienced a catastrophic failure with my diaper in the lobby of the ultrasound shop, my Dad was a bit shell shocked and my Mom was outside. I am really glad the good people at Dupont figured out how to put Teflon on fabric and that modern laundry detergent is so effective at removing stains.

My Crazy Hair

After young Claire got a bath tonight (an unplanned bath, I might add and the bouncer you see in the picture is now in the washing machine....) her hair did some crazy things. I think it reminds me of David Bowie, 80's spike like cut...

Play time with Landon

Today I had my first play date with my new friend Landon. As you can see Landon seemed very excited and I was more interested in trying to resume my nap.

Day 6 - I Finally let Mom Sleep!!!!

Destined to have hair........

I dug up some pics of Michele & I as babies and as you can see it seems young Claire was destined to have a full head of hair at birth.

Claire got her picture taken on the quilt Great Grandma McDowell made for her, we are going to take monthly shots to measure growth. As you can see she is a real wiggley worm.

Day 3 - Sleep, Suds & Sophie

Everyone is home from the hospital and doing fine. Ms. Claire has her days and nights confused but she is a very good baby.

Claire Elizabeth Cutting was born on July 16, 2006 at 3:40 a.m. weighing 7 lbs. 6 oz. She has lots of medium brown hair and is a perfectly beautiful baby!
