One of our favorite Halloween traditions is carving the Jack-O-Lanterns! Both girls really got into it this year! Claire cleaning the pumpkins!

I know this sounds horrible, but I think Anna looks so adorable when she cries. You just want to squeeze her!

Ben raked an ENORMOUS mound of leaves for the girls! They got to play in them for a couple weeks!

Train Ride

We took the girls on a LM&M train ride to the pumpkin patch. What a neat experience! The train ride was quite a learning experience and going to the farm and pumpkin patch was a blast!

Claire got a balloon poodle & Anna got a balloon flower... it's the little things in life!

They had an area where you could stand outside during the train ride! It was a bit chilly, but the girls liked it! Brrrr...

Anna is borderline obsessed with horses! We heard lots of "neighs" from her!

What a fun, fun trip!

One thing we know for sure about Claire... she LOVES to be in the kitchen. Baking or cooking is a favorite for her and honestly, she's really good! Claire is very task oriented so if you give her a job, she'll give it her all! It's really sweet to watch!

Grandpa Shepherd

We recently made a quick, one day trip up to the Akron area to visit with Ben's Grandpa Shepherd. We had a great visit with Grandpa and the girls absolutely LOVED seeing him! Claire was excited to be with him and play with his wooden dollhouse! Anna warmed up almost immediatley and if you know Anna, you know that is not the norm for her! Everybody loves Grandpa Shepherd!

We took Grandpa out to lunch!

And then... back to his house to play with the dollhouse!

Fulton Farms

My friend, Cynetta, invited us to Fulton Farms for a hayride. We've been to MANY farms and pumpkin patches and this was probably at the top of my list! It was a really nice farm and we had fun hanging out with great friends!!
