Grammy & Papa took the girls to Possum Creek... one of our favorite farms! The girls love it there and they know many of the animals by name! Some cute photos from their time at the farm!

Green Thumb

While at Possum Creek the girls got to plant strawberries. They love to dig in dirt, so they really enjoyed this activity!

Decorating the planters!!

Grammy's Dress

One day when Grammy was watching the girls she had Claire try on a flower girl dress that she wore in a wedding when she was five years old. It fit Claire great (she wears size 5 clothing) and it looked so adorable on her! I had to post these pics! I love this dress... such a classic style!

She loved wearing the dress!

Great Grandmothers

In the last several days we were able to spend time with both of my grandmothers. The girls really enjoy visiting with them and seem to bring a lot of joy to their lives! Grandma McDowell and the girls!

Grandma just bought a Play-Doh set for the girls to play with when we come over!

She even got into the Play-Doh action!

Claire giving Nanny Grey a BIG hug!

Precious times!

Aunt Beth is ENGAGED!

The day before Easter Aunt Beth got engaged to Steven Baird, her longtime boyfriend! We are so excited for them and are looking forward to their wedding in October. Congratulations Beth & Steven! They are engaged!

The cake Steven had made to propose to Beth!

Beth's STUNNING ring! I am in love with this beautiful ring (Great job, Steven!!!). Congratulations!!

Baby Chicks

We went to the Tractor Supply store to see the baby chicks around Easter. The girls loved seeing and touching the chicks. They are so sweet and tiny!
Claire was saying... "Awwww, they are sooooooo cute!" She repeated that about 100 times while we were there!

Anna has no fear!

Sweet babies!!

Grandpa Shepherd

Ben and I took the girls up to Cuyahoga Falls last week to visit Grandpa Shepherd. It's a crazy whirlwind trip, but we love doing it and spending time with Grandpa. It's definitely worth the trip!!!
Out for lunch!

So sweet! Claire loves her great grandparents!

Ben with his grandpa and girls!

Since my own grandpa just died, these photos are even more precious to me. I want my girls to always know how much their great grandparents love them and enjoy being with them!

Being silly! What a wonderful visit!

SeeSaw

Over the weekend, Ben put together the girls' seesaw. Both Claire & Anna were very interested in the project and definitely wanted to help Daddy!
Claire helping Daddy stain the wood. She is always very serious about her jobs!

She a good little painter!

The project became a neighborhood affair!

Anna got into the action, too as she "helped" Daddy hammer!

Ahhh, the finished product! They are having so much fun on their seesaw!

A Day with Friends

I hosted a little get together for my friends Cynetta & Deanna (and their kids!). It was such a beautiful, warm, spring day! We all had such a great time just being together. I am so thankful for these girls! Love them!!
We brought out the bounce house for the first time this year. The kids always enjoy bouncing!

Deanna & I had a mini-shower for Cynetta who after two boys is having a GIRL! We are very excited for her and had fun buying her some girly things for Baby Grace (arriving in early June)!

Anna, Claire, Landon & Noah having a picnic lunch!

Benjamin & Olivia sat at the adult table!

The siblings on the teeter totter!

What a FUN day!

Noah & Anna going REALLY high on the glider and Anna thought it was great!

I put sand in our water table this year because my girls were digging up my flower beds! All the kids had fun digging in the sand!
