Anna

I found the dress that Anna wore for her newborn pictures in a larger size and she wore it last week to church! I thought it would be fun to see how big she has gotten in a little over a year! My girl sure has grown a lot!

I love these two pictures of my girls in their matching dresses (different colors of the same dress, I should say!!)

Anna 14 months later! So appropriate that she's doing her "So BIG" motion! She is so big!

Anna puts her hands over her mouth when she giggles! Such a silly girl!!!

Looking at her pretty dress!!

Go Fly a Kite!

Since it was such an absolutely beautiful day on Saturday, we decided to go to the park after we left my parents house. Grammy & Papa met us there and brought their kites. It was a windy day so it made kite flying a lot of fun! I think kite flying is going to be our new hobby... we had a blast!
Claire chasing the kite!

Anna loved running around in the open field!

Grammy & Papa with their little kite flyers!

The highlight for Claire was actually holding the kite handle all by herself. She is still talking about flying the kite!

Look how high Claire got her kite! She's a pro!

Wow!! Good job Claire!

Claire trying to get Daddy's kite!

I think Ben had as much fun as the girls! Kite flying is a family sport!

Of course we can't make a trip to the park without playing on the playground equipment!

Anna & Papa crossing the bridge!

Gotta love the swings!

Family Get Together

On Saturday my Mom & Dad had everyone over to celebrate the March birthdays in our family (Jillian, Heather and Kristen). Shawn, Kristen and kids came in from Illinois the day before so we were excited to spend the day with them! It was a beautiful day so the kids were able to play outside. It was a fun day full of family and good food!!

A fun picture with Shawn, Kristen, Connor, Lauren, Jillian, Claire, Anna and Catherine.

Claire loves all her big cousins picking her up!

My parents with all their grandkids, except Caroline, who was at a Disney show when we took this picture.

Here's Caroline!!

Jillian opening the doggie snow globe we gave her for her birthday. If you know Jilli, you know she LOVES snow globes AND dogs!

Grandma McDowell & Lauren were being entertained by Catherine!

FINALLY...

We have been waiting, waiting, waiting to go outside and play! When Deanna asked us to go to the park today we jumped on the opportunity to get outside and enjoy the beautiful day! We spent almost two hours at the park and loved every second of it! It was a wonderful taste of the beautiful weather coming our way! Ahhhhhhh...
Anna is a swing lover like her big sister!

Claire & Landon swinging together!

Little Olivia enjoyed the baby swing, too!

Claire liked the tunnel slide!

Claire & Landon loved racing down the slide! It was so cute to watch them wait for each other at the top of the slide and then it was
1-2-3-GO!

It looks like Landon is going to win!

It was close, but Landon won this round!

Claire adores baby Olivia and gave her plenty of BIG hugs!

Landon & Claire on the rocking Dino!

Anna & Grant swinging! SO cute!!

Big girl Anna was in a hurry to play!

So fun!!

Love Fest!

With all the hugs & kisses also comes some pushing & shoving, but it's fun to watch their interactions as they get older! They're quite a pair!

I Can Do That!

So... it's fun times at the Cutting house. We are in the midst of some VERY hard core potty training with Miss Claire. She is doing great, but we have been spending a fair amount of time in the bathroom over the last several days. Anna, of course, is very curious about all this new activity and is RIGHT there watching Claire's every move! She mimics pretty much everything that her big sis does so I shouldn't have been surprised when I found her today sitting on the potty! I took her off and closed the lid and she turned around immediately, lifted the potty lid, sat down and clapped for herself (we have been clapping A LOT for Claire). It was the funniest thing! What I am hoping is that Anna will be super easy to potty train because she knows the routine already at 14 months!

Valentine's Week in Review!

We had a busy Valentine week! It was nice to spend it with many of our family, whom we LOVE more than anything! A fun trip to the mall play area!

The girls needed to get out of the house (Mommy did, too!).

Story time at the library. V-Day was the theme for the books & craft!

Claire loved her craft... it involved coloring, stickers and paint! What more could you ask for in a craft!

Anna is really interested in coloring!

Nuna dropped by for a quick visit before she left for Illinois!

Claire was able to give Nuna the Valentine she made for her! The girls loved the stuffed animals she gave them!

I had to throw in the picture of Claire with SIX hats on her head. Somehow she managed to do this all by herself! It was hysterical. What a very silly girl!!

We made a trip to Nanny Grey & Grandpa's house for a Valentine visit!

Claire talking very seriously to NG!

Papa Stephens is so silly with the girls and they absolutely love him! It's so neat to watch their interaction! Both of my grandparents light up when the girls are around!

One of my new favorite pictures of Papa Stephens and Anna smiling at each other! PRICELESS!!
