We just lowered Claire's crib last weekend, but it definitely needs to go down another notch!

Silly Girl!

I took these pictures a couple days ago when Claire crawled for the first time and they got overlooked by the actual crawling pictures. I just thought they were too cute not to share. She was in such a silly mood that day!

CLAIRE CRAWLED

It wasn't a lengthy crawl, but Claire did crawl a little today! She had been going backwards, but she figured it out and went forward! It was so cute and thankfully I had my camera nearby to capture the big milestone! I'm so glad I was with her to witness her crawling! I wouldn't have wanted to miss it for anything! I can't believe she is getting so big and starting to do big girl stuff! Everyday is something new & exciting! Before we know it, she'll be walking! WATCH OUT!

Claire & Landon

Today Deanna and I met for lunch at MiMi's Cafe at The Greene. Claire felt like such a big girl sitting up in the high chair! She and Landon were perfect angels as Deanna and I ate and talked. It was such a beautiful day to get out and be with friends. We had a great time and next time we get together we decided we would go to one of our homes so Landon & Claire can socialize a bit more!

First Tooth!!!

Grammy found Claire's first tooth on Wednesday when she was babysitting her! We thought this silly tooth was coming for months. She was exhibiting all the classic teething signs for awhile now, but it took its time coming through. Ben & I checked on Monday night and there was no tooth, so between Monday night and Wednesday morning the tooth came in. Claire is almost ready to crawl as well! She is up on all fours and doing the rocking motion! She tries to go forward, but she either falls on her face or goes backward. She is SO close... any day now! It's is really amazing all the changes they go through in such a short amount of time.

I tried to get pictures of her tooth, but as you can imagine that did not go so well. I put these pictures up instead from a few days ago when we put Claire in her cow sleeper to keep her warm during the walk with Daddy & Sophie!

Happy Birthday Aunt Heather!

Heather, Ben and I were all born in 1977, so this is the year for our BIG 3-0! Today is Aunt Heather's birthday and we wanted to wish her a Happy Birthday! We love you!

I'm sure Heather would agree that this is by far the best time in our lives! I know I wouldn't go back to my younger years for anything. Life is so good right now!

It's been awhile since we've had a Claire & Caroline post... so here it is! You probably won't believe how big Caroline has gotten. She definitely is catching up with Claire. She has really started to pack the weight on and has lots of cute rolls! You just want to eat her up... she is edible! It use to seem like there was such a big difference between Claire & Caroline, but now the 11 weeks that separate them don't seem like much at all anymore! They are so cute together! They love to touch one another & Claire loves to take Caroline's pacifier out of her mouth, which Caroline isn't too sure about that game! Fun times!!

Claire's Hiding Place!

When we were at my grandparents house on Saturday Claire was rolling all over the place like she normally does, but this time she found her way under their coffee table and she was so proud of herself! It was the cutest thing! I got some great pictures of her & her cousin Connor together under the table!!

Just a cute picture of Connor & Claire! Connor is so sweet with his new cousins, Claire & Caroline! I don't think most 9 year old boys are so good with babies!

Happy Birthday Jillian!

It's hard to believe, but my niece, Jillian, just turned 6 years old on March 1st! We celebrated her birthday on Saturday with family and had a great time! We love you Jill-Bug (and I am the only one that can call her that by the way... no nick names for Jillian except I can call her Jill-Bug)! Jillian is definitely the family source of entertainment! She is so silly and always making us laugh! You're a good girl, Jillian!

Claire's Room

Just a couple pictures of Claire's nursery! It's pretty much been done since Claire was a newborn, but recently I added some finishing touches! I love it! It's my favorite room in the house and already Claire seems to love it, too! I think her favorite thing in the room is the hanging butterflies! I have 3 of them throughout her room and she always smiles at them, especially if we move them! I had so much fun decorating it!
