Yesterday Grammy & Grandpa (Papa as Claire calls him) took Claire to the Cincinnati Zoo. It was good for Claire to get out of the house. We are all kind of getting cabin fever. Since it was cold they mostly did all the indoor exhibits, but she got to see a lot and Grammy said she really liked the Peacock, Penguins and butterflies in the insect exhibit! Thanks Grammy & Papa for taking me on a field trip... I had so much fun!!
Claire was very interested in the Peacock!

How wonderful of Grammy & Papa to take Claire on a big adventure to the zoo! It is terrific that Claire is so close to them and that she will go and leave Mommy (to give her a little break).
How cute she looks in her purple outfit. The joy of children is to see the "wonderment in their eyes" as they experience the new world around them. Good times for ALL. The blessings of being grandparents are so "warm and fuzzy".

How nice of Grammy and Papa to take Claire to teh zoo for a special day. I am sure she had a blast. Claire is very lucky to have such a wonderful family to take her and spend special time with her in the 2 months of chaos. We are looking forward to seeing you soon.
